How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders from The Giant Warehouse. We currently ship within the United States only, and there is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free standard shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 5 days. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products should be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and have their original tags attached where applicable.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your eligible returned item reaches our warehouse, refunds are generally processed within approximately 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. Eligible returns are free, and The Giant Warehouse will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label after your return request has been approved.
