Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit quantities available for purchase, subject to applicable law.

Prices displayed on our store are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change from time to time. The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine errors and applicable law.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment authorization problems, inaccurate product or pricing information, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery
The Giant Warehouse currently ships within the United States only.
Shipping is free on all orders.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. After an order ships, standard delivery takes approximately 5 days. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other transportation disruptions.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Eligible returns are free, and we provide a prepaid return shipping label. Returned products must meet the applicable return conditions, including being unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with original tags attached where applicable.
For eligible returns, refunds are generally processed within approximately 5–7 business days after the returned item is received at our warehouse.

8. Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
If an order can no longer be canceled, you may be able to return an eligible product after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
9. Promotions and Discounts
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, promotional codes, or other special offers. Such offers may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, purchase requirements, or other conditions disclosed with the applicable promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers have no cash value and may not be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions as permitted by applicable law.
